The Power Hour is the right place to start.

In 60 minutes we'll look honestly at what you're putting out into the world; what's working, what isn't, and where to focus first. No agenda other than giving you something genuinely useful.

What's included

Before the session you'll receive a short intake form (five minutes to complete) so I can prepare properly and make the most of our time together.

In the session: 60 minutes via video call. An honest look at your current communications - messaging, channels, content, foundations, or whatever is most pressing. Clear thinking on where to focus first. Space to ask anything.

After the session you'll receive:

a recording of the full call within 24 hours
a short written summary (one page of key points and recommended next steps) within 48 hours.

What it isn't

A sales pitch. A generic audit checklist. A polished presentation deck. Just an honest hour of senior thinking applied to your situation.

How to book

Payment of £100 is taken in full at the time of booking. Once payment is confirmed you'll receive a calendar invitation and the intake form by email.

Booking and payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment is accepted via Stripe.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel your Power Hour, please let me know as soon as possible by emailing victoria@tauruscomms.co.uk.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session: full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session: no refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances I'll consider this on a case-by-case basis, just get in touch.

In the unlikely event I need to cancel your session, I'll let you know as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled session at your preference.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original booking.

Recording Sessions are recorded for your benefit. By booking a Power Hour you consent to the session being recorded and the recording being shared with you via email. Recordings are not shared with any third party. Please let me know before the session begins if you'd prefer not to be recorded.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in your Power Hour is treated as confidential. I won't share details of your organisation or our conversation with any third party without your permission.

What this session is and isn't

The Power Hour provides strategic communications guidance based on the information you share with me. It does not constitute legal, financial or regulatory advice. Recommendations are based on my professional judgement and experience - you remain responsible for any decisions made on the basis of our conversation.
