Hello. I'm Victoria Lamb.
I've spent twenty years helping organisations communicate better.
I started Taurus Comms because I kept seeing something similar: organisations doing genuinely important work, producing a lot of communications, and not quite getting heard.
The instinct is usually to do more. More content, more campaigns, more channels.

My instinct (built over years working in and alongside health, charity and public sector organisations) is to do less, but better.
